Control of sanitary coach at state of equilibrium


Abstract eng:
The paper deals with control and measure system of sanitary coach. A prototype of active sanitary coach was developed in our hydrodynamic laboratory. It consists of three independently movable plates, which are propelled by set of six pneumatic springs equipped with electrical valves and pressure detectors. Coach is equipped with three sensors of position too. All these elements are connected to measuring cards in PC. It was necessary to create amplifiers of signals from all sensors and to configure amplifiers to actuation of electrical valves. Measuring and control software was created in Labview. An algorithm of control of pressure inside every spring was designed using PID controllers. Control circuit of position of all plates was designed too. Finally initial horizontal position of the whole sanitary coach was tested in case of the various loading and state of equilibrium of restraint moment.
